"The restaurant service was very poor, and the food left a lot to be desired.
The bartenders seem very unprofessional with comments like dear and honey. That I beleive to be very condescending.
I am a professor at a college and teach culinary Arts and Hotel Restaurant management. I have been in the Hospitality buiseness for Forty years, as Executive Chef for large hotels and Food and beverage director for a large college.
I wish that people would learn the importance of management skills,
and be properly trained in people skills."
